What’s the difference between
the 2 Day Basic Training &
the first 2 days of the 8 Day Advanced Training?

Firstly to mention, on all of our trainings we guide you to;

  • Apply a focused pressure in a skilful and sensitive way and monitor and adapt it appropriately
  • Blend these techniques smoothly into your massage
  • Support yourself/the techniques with improved and appropriate bodyuse rather than working too hard with your arms and shoulders

2 Day Basic includes…

  1. Introduction to the principles of Hands Free Massage, including body dynamics/bodyuse – Part 1
  2. Firm sweeping moves on the back
  3. Firm sweeping moves on arms; flexors and triceps
  4. Firm sweeping moves on legs muscles; medial, lateral, calves & hamstrings
  5. Shorter strokes (sliding focused pressure) for more specific areas of tension on rhomboids, levator scapulae and upper trapezius (touches on work from the Advanced Training)
  6. Hands on revision with massage partners
  7. Access to about 18 videos for 1 month to help you embed your practice

First two days of the 8 Day Advanced includes…
